The house belongs to the Cypriot trixoro style, where a central - covered space, the iliakos, opens to the patio and to the street. At both sides, right and left, the living closed spaces are situated. The objective was to keep the original function of the spaces, respecting the original way of using the house, and leave the central space open instead of closing it like most of the nowadays interventions. Traditional ways of building were also respected, like floor, walls or ceilings. Also in the use of materials (stone, adobe for walls, wood for the roof, gipsomarmaro in floors), were according to the existing ones and traditionally used.
