Very close to the castle of Larnaca, used before like city prison, the Temenos Kepir complex is one of the main Muslim centers in the island.  The building needed a restoration of different stone elements and general maintenance. The minaret is new, some meters away from the main structure, after the demolition of the existing one years ago.
